The Williston Convention and Visitors Bureau is happy to provide you with a variety of services for your meeting or event. We want to be your partner in helping to make your event a success.

Complimentary Services

Banners and Signs:
Welcome banners will be provided at all facilities used. They can include your logo and theme in two color inks. Exhibitor signs and all other necessary signs can be arranged through the bureau.

Name Tags:
Name tags for all delegates will be provided. Several styles are available from which to choose.

Welcome Packets:
Convention packets will be provided for your delegates. Packets include information on area attractions, maps, brochures, coupon packets, and your convention program.

Registration:
The Convention and Visitors Bureau staff offers experienced, prompt, efficient, and courteous registration service at no cost.

Attendance Building:
The Bureau can attend your convention the year prior to our hosting with a full campaign to build attendance in Williston. The bureau can also do an attendance building mailing to your delegates three months prior to our hosting.

Publicity and Promotion:
The bureau can provide your press releases to local, state, and regional media. Promotional material and a CD on Williston are available.

Shuttle Transportation:
Shuttle transportation can be arranged between hotels, to any site in town, or to area attractions.

Housing Bureau:
The Bureau can provide assistance in booking hotels and campgrounds for your group.
